The logical compatibility of Godel’s incompleteness theorem with the physical theory of everything
This post presents a philosophical project I conducted with Alessandro Tavazzi and Tom Emerit studying the link between Godel incompleteness theorems and its potential impact on physics. More specifically, we wonder wether the incompleteness of 1st order logic could lead to some notion of physical incompleteness, thereby preventing the existence of a theory of everything.
